Except as specified below for browsing data, users are free to voluntarily provide the personal data requested in registration forms or in interfaces for the various services of the website www.itcentric.it. Failure to provide certain personal data in forms or communications requesting information, suggestions, or reports, or otherwise provided during telephone contacts with the Company’s departments, may solely result in the inability to obtain a response to the request or report submitted.
Personal data voluntarily provided by the user – Users voluntarily provide certain personal data (name, surname, email, etc.) for the purposes of the individual services offered by IT Centric. Such data are collected through the completion of specific forms available in various sections of the website or as a result of emails sent to the Data Controller using the email addresses provided. Some data are necessary in order to properly respond to user requests. In any case, the processing of sensitive or judicial data is excluded; if such data are voluntarily provided, they will be promptly deleted.
Browsing data – The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects but, by its very nature, may allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
